چکیده

The versatility of metal matrix composites (MMCs) makes them a promising material for various industrial applications. current study used ball milling to mechanically AA7178 powder and strengthened with zirconium silicate (ZrSiO4) nanoparticles. In addition, the was ball-milled distribute ZrSiO4 nanoparticles throughout material. reinforced compacted consolidated using two distinct metallurgy (PM) sequences: double pressing, sintering, hot pressing. tests measuring microhardness, compression strength, elongational break, new nanocomposites surpassed AA7178. adequate interfacial bonding even distribution were essential strengthening mechanism. With use mechanical characteristics enhanced. As reinforcement concentration increased beyond 2.5% by weight, properties drastically degraded due clumping unequal distribution. Improved parts attain through uniform in maintenance their properties.
